💜 Why I Created MessageDrift™

A bridge for parents and children separated by distance

I created MessageDrift because I’ve seen how painful distance can be between a parent and their child.

Over the years, I’ve had close friends — good people, loving parents — who became alienated from their children. Some were separated by legal battles, others by time, distance, or misunderstanding. What broke my heart was seeing how much they still cared, and how little space there was for them to express that love safely.

“I wish my kids could know how much I love them.”

“If only I could tell them one more thing.”

That’s when the idea for MessageDrift came to life. I wanted to build a simple, safe platform where parents could leave messages, memories, or words of love for their children — messages that could be discovered later, when the time is right.

A place that isn’t about anger or blame — but about hope, healing, and love that doesn’t fade. MessageDrift is for the parents who still care, even from a distance. It’s for the children who might one day wonder, “Did my mum or dad ever think of me?” — and finally get to see that the answer is yes.

🌊 It’s more than a website — it’s a bridge between hearts that never stopped caring.
💜 Say what you need to say.
